We are experienced in all types of groundworks, civils, surfacing, and utilities works and can offer an extensive package when tendering. We endeavour to be competitive when pricing works making sure that we achieve the correct balance between efficiency and quality.
We are committed to health and safety and are a SMAS accredited contractor. We ensure that our workforce is always aware of their responsibilities so that we can provide a safe and organised environment for each other, our site visitors and members of the public. All of our operatives are CSCS/CPCS qualified as a minimum and appropriately qualified to carry out their work.

Before any employee or Sub-Contractor commences work for Langham Facilities Ltd, they are given a strict induction at our Head Office to ensure that they fully understand their duties and obligations to ensure a safe working environment, not only for themselves but for others working around them.
To ensure Health & Safety is maintained within the company regular tool box talks and team briefings are carried out. These are audited and monitored on a regular basis.
Langham Facilities Ltd carry out strict checks on all owned or hired in plant prior to use, and regular maintenance and certified annual checks are logged for each piece of plant owned by the company.

Vehicle Crossings
Langham Facilities Ltd are qualified and insured to carry out works on the highway and adoptable sewers. We are able to construct new vehicle crossings also known as a dropped kerb and construct, amend or move any sewers to accommodate your new property or extension.
